U.S Marine Corps Officer's Mameluke Sword by H.H Hilborn-Hamburger - German Made Etched blade (Both Sides) "undedicated" / Travel case & inner sleeve present / Vintage USMC / Manufactured by H.H / Hilborn-Hamburger / Mameluke Sword / Serial # 323 on blades spine / Maker marked on the ricasso / Overall length 34.50 inches / Blade 29 inches / German made / Stainless steel blade / Solingen / Scabbard is beautifully polished steel / Condition- Overall GREAT condition, and would present very well to a USMC soldier looking for a piece to dedicate or avid sword collector; with the exception of a slight bend to scabbards brass drag (just the drag) and light transfer marks and wear on the surface of the travel case including a "small hole" near the top (case has no key) Blade is acid etched and breathtaking / Handle is nice and tight / Ready for a good home!!!
